Jude Law's gal, Sienna Miller, likes to calm her nerves before a big event. At the Hollywood Life Breakthrough of the Year Awards, Miller, 23, proudly puffed a cigarette at her table -- and only put it out after security asked three times. Then while accepting her award for Alfie, she exclaimed, "Thank goodness for all the vodka at the table!"
